Rental Terms
- No daily or weekly rentals.
- Refundable Security Deposit: One month's rent is required as a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned within 30 days after departure and after receipt of the final electric bill, less any unpaid electric charges, damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of resort rules. Thirty (30) days written notice is required for cancellation or early departure.
- Credit/background screening required and payable by applicant.
- Maximum 2 pets per camper. Refer to Rules & Regulations for details.
- RVs must be between 21 and 42 feet in length.
- Electric service paid by renter.
- Check-In/Check-Out Sheet will be provided.
- Use of sheds, golf cart, and kayaks are NOT included.
